Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card be placed on file in the event of late cancellation or missed appointments. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within the 24 hour window, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. A no show appointment will result in 100% of the scheduled service cost. These charges are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made by phone call or online. Cancellations made over Facebook or Instagram will not be accepted.
